  • Assistance for daily activities to : employees, management team and other support functions
  • Coordination and support to different visitors to the site (Clients and Endava Executive visitors)
  • Support to expats with their relocation needs
  • Budget management
  • Coordinator suppliers for cleaning services and security
  • Coordination of Front Desk
  • Management of the relationship with the administration of the building
  • Supplying management (procurement coordinators) for office facilities management
  • New office related procurement and inputs : meeting room set-ups, carpets, glass separators, blinds, etc)
  • Supervise consumables stocks (ownership for stock replenishment stays with office managers and supervision tasks stays with Facility Manager)
  • Maintenance plans for the facilities and furniture
  • Match your profile

  • 2 years of experience in similar roles (facility manager or office administrator)
  • Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • People and detail oriented, flexible and mindful of company resources
  • Very well organized and good time manager
  • Very good English level
  • Experience managing suppliers
  • Customer and service oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers
  • The following skills would be a plus :

  • Open and excellent communicator
  • Experience in computers filing and maintaining filing systems organized
