About the Opportunity
WeWork is seeking a Sr Account Executive to help lead its sales efforts in the Colombian market. This full-time position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in Bogotá and will be part of our growing Sales division.
The successful are diligent with a proven track record in sales. You will mainly be responsible for prospecting, outreaching, and generating Enterprise companies leads in their market.
The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible to pitch, tour, and close sales deals in all WeWork locations across their market.
Would you like to be part of a team passionate about growing. He / she should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver phenomenal revenue targets.
20% Existing sales pipeline management
Encouraging and maintaining small and midsize business relationships
Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members
Utilizing innovative and creative sales tactics
Regional support; 10% travel
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below :
3-6 years of sales or experience
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in Commercial real estate sales, B2B business solution or Business Development
Phenomenal negotiation skills
Ability to penetrate new markets
Presentation and interpersonal skills required
Detail orientation and organization skills required
College / University graduate
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
