The DCE Manager will be a key role driving our digital engagement strategies and tactics across channels as we continue to invest in the growth of our digital presence to meet our customers where they are.

This role will require cross-functional leadership, strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion to serve patients, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

The DCE Manager will report to the Business & Innovation Sr Manager.

Key responsibilities for this role include the following :

  • In partnership with the different areas of the Organization this role will build and manage digital channel strategy and tactical plan for company’s key brands
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical and access teams to create holistic insights from digital engagements
  • Collaborate with other key team members, including IS, Commercial, Sales and marketing Effectiveness, to ensure execution of digital strategies
  • Partner with other areas to build and enhance a data-based decisions making culture
  • Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring efficient delivery of all programs.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree and 2 years of Digital Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Digital Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
  • 3+ years biotech / pharmaceutical experience
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to translate and communicate complex information / strategies into simple and impactful execution plans
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, Digital Marketing, or general management
  • 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas : marketing; project management & planning; sales; analytics
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
  • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful digital initiatives across multiple channels such as website, display, video, mobile, CRM, and social
  • Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions.
  • Experience working with agencies and publishers to develop and produce engaging creative
  • Strong demonstrated ability in leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively engage, connect and influence senior management, sales and marketing organizations
