In this role, you willhold primary responsibility for the overallprocess and project management of translations for a global brand portfolio across a variety of languages and regional dialects.
You will define and document processes for the identification, creation, and syndication of translations for marketing content and product data.
The Translation Coordinator will work with across-functional team ofinternal stakeholdersand external vendorstocoordinate all translation efforts with website management, migrations, and other digital marketing and ecommerce needs.
Coordinate with Brand and Studio teams to identify and prioritize translation needs across brands.
Identify appropriate internal or external resources to generate translated content in the appropriate formats.
Manage workflows and approvals of translations to ensure on-time delivery of final content or assets to the appropriate channel stakeholders.
Document translation standards and exceptions for content in key languages.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship betweencross-functionalteams, includinginternational andexternal resources.
Liaise with theBrand, Insights, and Web Management Teams to ensuretranslations align with standards and best practices.
Ourideal candidate will haveastrongmarketingbackgroundandsuccessful track record ofmanaging complexcontent calendars.He / she will beself-drivenand detail oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s Degreein a related fieldis required.
2+ years’ experiencemanaging large, cross functional,contentprojects with aggressive schedules.
A thorough understanding ofcontentcreation processes and syndicationtools.
Strong experience implementing and adhering tobrand andcontentstandardsacross digital marketing and ecommerce channels.
Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
Experienceworking and communicating with marketing and IT stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
Strong leadership and communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Ability to travel to support deployment and implementation globally.
