As a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Mix & Assortment Analyst, you’ll be part of the RGM Mix & Assortment pillar, driving margin improvements within our largest regional division at SBD.
The RGM Mix & Assortment pillar’s mission is to :
Rebalance and tailor assortment to better meet customer needs by customer segment and significantly reduce the walk rate, in close collaboration with Sales & Channel teams
Deliver new insights into how shoppers perceive and shop the category, revealing category growth opportunities, in partnership with the Brand Strategy teams
Analyze the most productive and profitable segments, brands, and products and their impact on revenues
Improve category performance, adding variety and reducing duplication and out-of-stocks on power SKUs
Reduce complexity of the portfolio with data-driven recommendations to decrease costs but maintain share
Specific Responsibilities :
Work with the RGM Leads and cross-functional teams to establish analytics findings which is aligned across customer segments and leads to business insights for the RGM & commercial teams
Own and execute critical RGM Mix & Assortment analytics : Support the tactical execution of Mix & Assortment strategy;
This includes cross-functional participation between Finance, Channel, and Product TeamsTracking & measuring the execution of Assortment initiativesIdentify Assortment opportunities by conducting deep Customer / Store / SKU level analysisAggregate detailed analysis to identify overarching themesModeling what-if scenarios for Assortment optimization by Keep / Delete / Replace analysisCreate actionable reports to improve margin by leveraging data from Data Lake and other databases (QlikView, Snowflake, Amazon Hive, PowerBI)
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Knowledge / Education / Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of analysis, merchandising and / or assortment experience, preferable experience with consumer products company
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of data sources and leverage BI dashboards (PowerBI, QlikView, etc) to analyze data and glean meaningful business insights
Proficient in Power BI and all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Excel
Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly : Alteryx, SAP, Business Warehouse, SQL, QlikView, Snowflake, Amazon Hive, Amazon Workspace, and Salesforce.com
Moderate ETL and Analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Power, BI, Einstein etc.) strongly preferred
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated detail-oriented, self-reliant, problem-solving skills and time management skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English with comfort in presenting
Experience overcoming obstacles with the ability to identify new opportunities within an organization, take risks, and learn from failure
