Sr. Specialist Master Data (Lead)Working within Operations pillar of the Partner Program team, the Product Content Specialist will support the team by ensuring products will launch online with all the information and data that the consumer needs when shopping on our Partners websites.
The goal is to ensure Partners are able to showcase our product in the most premium way possible, whether it is through product images or descriptions.
Bringing product to life on a Partner's website is an extremely rewarding element and the backbone of our Partner Program performance.
Key Responsibilities : + Manage the product data and content for adidas and Reebok within Partner Program Latin America.
Maintain and Optimize product data in our vendor platform VTEX.+ Responsible for the creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between the adidas product management systems and Partner Program vendor product systems.
Support Account Management in daily monitoring of our accounts.+ Manage the global range plan and identify need for local asset creation.
Create and maintain a global range plan for all eCommerce markets based on the individual market ranges for each season+ Ensure the timely availability of images, videos, copy and translations for all relevant LAM markets in our system and vendor systems.
Identify and solve issues with the product data for our accounts and capture all requirements.+ Coordinate improvements to the product master data template.
Align with all stakeholders on product data improvements needed to better support internal / external search, user experience or onsite navigation.
Coordinate the implementation of the changes to the data structure with all markets Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : + Senior Position.
Excel (advanced level)+ Extensive problem solving and analytical skills+ Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments, locations and levels of management+ Aptitude for learning new software applications+ Fluent in English(written and spoken) Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications : + University degree in business administration, engineer, information technology or similar discipline+ Basic knowledge in merchandising as well as basic eCommerce knowledge+ Minimum 2 year of product management experience with a recognised top-tier brand+ Ideally 1 year experience in online merchandisingAt adidas we have a winning culture.
