Position Purpose :
Works with agency partners to ensure campaign ideas are translated appropriately across touch points. Lead of the whole digital communication process (in alignment with IMC - Integrated Marketing Communications) for the brand.
Main contact of the media agency coordinating all the digital processes from the briefing to the invoicing. Responsible for updating the brands on possible new opportunities in digital touchpoints.
Let’s talk about responsibilities :
Be the liaison between the regional digital marketing team and local stakeholders to coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the digital activities (social, online video, display, promotions, portal partnerships, newsletters, mobile etc), following the strategy and plans defined for the region.
Coordinate the regional digital category managers implement the regional strategy on activities that require local knowledge, like identifying influencers and local talents, for example.
Identify opportunities for local digital activities working with the local marketing team and agencies.
Negotiate digital production and media budgets for local initiatives.
Manage and control local payments to regional partners and local players.
Support the local marketing and media teams with relevant information related to the digital status / maturity of the region to facilitate the decision making process for local priorities and budget allocation.
Support the local marketing and media teams with AdHoc training both on digital strategy and specific digital channels.
Support the local professional marketing team on identifying opportunities and implementation of the digital activities.
Work with the CMI team to make sure the right insights are in place to plan the local digital activities.
Ensure that the digital marketing mandates, standards, guidelines and best practices are followed in the country / region.
Help in the coordination of local approvals for sites, posts, banners, and other digital assets.
Coordinate Search opportunities; budget requirements and ad approvals with Division.
Ensure all Content assets (websites; social media profiles; active paid media campaigns) are updated according to regional innovation grids and local commercial activity
Understand the relative impact of each digital touch point to deliver the right message when engaging the consumer and shopper through digital touchpoints.
Defining the role of those touchpoints on the overall Communication strategy.
Work with agency partners and divisional teams to ensure campaign ideas are translated appropriately into assets that pursue positive performance results through the usage of best practices according to the platforms where the asset will take place.
Optimize IMC campaign digital effectiveness and build sales and brand equity by measuring effectiveness of the campaign elements together with CMI, agency partners and Division.
Coordinate, create and analyze creative competitive activity; Social listening and Search trends for the region together with Division.
Set budget by brand and initiatives grid calendar.
Deliver budget information and reports to Finance.
What you need for this position :
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
At least 4 years of experience as Agency coordinator, Advertising digital manager or similar experience (Related with Search Trends, Brand Strategy, Social listening, Digital Kpi s, etc)
English Advanced level
Google Suite advanced management (Analytics; Adwords; etc)
AdServing platforms understanding
Facebook Business Manager management
Programmatic Buying experience
Social Listening; Publishing and Community Management understanding
