Panagora Group is a U.S. small business that providesmonitoring and evaluation services in the international development industryand currently implements the USAID / Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning(MEL) activity.
3) Research, Assessments, and Data Analysis; (4) GeographicInformation Services (GIS) and (5) Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptationtasks (CLA).
The MEL activity is conducting a performance evaluation ofthe USAID’s Safe Steps activity. Safe Steps will implement an informational andeducational campaign in 44 municipalities throughout Colombia with the goal ofraising awareness of the risks of anti-personal mines and promoting safebehaviors so that people and communities, including educational and localgovernment institutions, can respond effectively to the problem.
The evaluationapproach includes rolling baselines and performance evaluations. The firstbaseline will take place in the spring of 2021 with a performance evaluationafter program implementation a year later.
The second baseline will beundertaken in the spring of 2022 and the corresponding performance evaluation ayear later in 2023.
As part of the evaluation team, the MEL activity seeks aQuantitative specialist.
