Access Manager - Colombia + Development and follow-up of an action plan for the introduction of new compounds / indications or diminish barriers / improve performance, in key markets.

  • Maximizes access for our products based on payer (High level) responsibility in targeted accounts by selling the value of our products.
  • Ensure net sales objectives in the assigned accounts. + Manage key message by-product with Medical directors, and key stakeholder of NHS.
  • Develop relationships with identified stakeholders for regional and account access. + Ensure relevant information is shared with Sales Reps and other stakeholders at Amgen.
  • Act ethically and comply with our policies. Responsibilities : Planning + V&A referent within brand teams; + Map decision processes and identify key decision makers (KDMs);
  • D evelop stakeholder map. + Execution + Detect key stakeholder by account for a better approach as a company; + Communicate high-technical messages (beyond scope of KAM) to key stakeholders;
  • Coordinate with the TA cross-functional actions involving other enabling functions to generate access (KAM approach); + Collaborate with key stakeholder by shaping the new environment with them .
  • Tracking + Follow up of Brand plan from V&A perspective; + Reimbursement status by product / payer; + Performance analysis in key payers / wholesalers, before&after implementation of any new action.
  • Requirements : + University Degree (Economics, Biology, Physician, pharmacist, etc ) with experience in the industry. + Understanding of payer environment in Colombia, including such areas as coverage and reimbursement, pricing and contracting, value drivers, formulary management, health technology assessment, HTA policy, and advocacy.

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. + Excellent communications, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in a highly matrixed environment;
  • Strong oral / written presentation skills (Spanish and English); + Strong network across national health system; + Strong ethical and compliance with our policies behavior.
