Thisrole, Lead Account Manager, willestablish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriatesolutions for our customers.

You will define sales and growth strategy towardkey customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You willfind opportunities and build credibility with customers.

You will increase theoverall performance of the organization by creating strong customerrelationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area.

You willdevelop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designatedaccounts. You will maintain key executive relationships

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. Business management or similar.
  • 5 years of sales experience to Industrial or essential Industry customers or to demonstrate your abilities in other markets / regions

  • Significant experience in a Sales / Account Management related field
  • Experience in selling software solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

  • CRM knowledge and use, preferably Sales Force
