Ensure that each call is a reservation at the hotel that the client requests, or as a second option where it meets the demands or comforts that the client needs.
The customer service must be an assertive person and have the ability to negotiate and handle objections, never take NO from the client and make the reservation / sale, at the same time to fulfill the demands and comforts that the clients are looking for in the Hotel of preference.
For example : free parking, free continental breakfast, type of bed, WIFI, Jacuzzi, or room with balcony, among other requests.
Extras : Proactive, technology orientation, Ability to navigate in the browsers and google maps to easily find several cities and states of the USA and Canada to quickly locate the different hotels of several known chains in those countries.
