WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Join our community.
As a Product Owner in the Homes Division, you’ll contribute to the on-going digital transformation of Santander, with the removal of obsolescence including legacy platforms.
You’ll align your vision with the strategic objectives of the Homes division and take responsibility for delivering key milestones by helping manage the project plan, ensuring it meets clear business, user, technical and customer needs.

Articulating the product vision, goals & advocating team priorities, user & business needs
Leading discovery activities, analysing outputs & developing to-be’ end to end user journeys
Overseeing technical system developments to deliver a challenging migration plan
Managing governance deliverables, including impact assessments & implementation plans.
Dealing with different types of risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Developing the product, improving operational processes, controls & risk management
What you’ll bring.
Knowledge of Santander Mortgage products, services, policies and procedures
Experience in prioritisation of a backlog to deliver against a project vision, roadmap and key performance metrics
It would also be nice for you to have.
Proven analytical & problem analysis skills - able to draw / share meaningful conclusions from data
Ability to work with others to set aims, objectives & develop the Mortgage domain
Experience in delivering an end-to-end user journey, validated with end users with clear success criteria and metrics
A good working understanding of agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

We offer a hybrid working pattern between home and our offices.
This is a secondment ending December 2023.
