You will make part of the Kellogg Shopper Marketing team, an extension of the Kellogg One Team.
The (Media) Account Manager, L2 - Investment will focus on tactical planning and activation of media plans for leading CPG client to drive sales at retail.
The ideal candidate for this position will have some digital media buying, eCommerce or retail exposure, and / or project management experience with some exposure to CPG (consumer packaged goods)
The Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a fast paced, high volume shopper commerce desk that will work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams.
Job responsibilities include :
Daily client communication (email, calls, and multiple status per week for 5-8 direct clients)
Participate in client status and client reporting calls
Understanding of digital investment practices, marketplace, and technologies
Understanding of retail platform capabilities and strategy
Create and communicate RFP needs based on client / retailer program briefing
Evaluate proposals based on primary, secondary, and tertiary KPIs
Assist with tactical recommendation building
Present Digital Reporting Results ( 50 - 75 of each)
Work directly with AORs on kick off calls, trafficking sheets, creative assets, etc
Ensure IO's are correctly input
Create and distribute client-facing reports
Ensure campaign performance delivery weekly w / vendors
Strong knowledge base of using the Mediaocean-Prisma digital buying tool, as well as internal proprietary systems necessary in the digital buying process
Utilize multiple ad-serving and verification platforms as well as DSPs for reporting purposes
Assist in compiling standard reporting decks for client reviews ( 50 per year)
Assist with compiling and troubleshooting monthly draft billing
Share and apply best practices and ensure consistency across all retail teams
Advanced English (B2+)
Advanced Excel (conditional formatting, formulas (if, vlookups), pivot tables, other).
Traditional Media exposure / buying experience (exposure)
Candidate with media fundamentals is a plus.
This team member must feel comfortable with a high level of direct client contact, therefore, must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This Associate position reports directly to a Supervisor, and a Senior Associate counter-part; and will work on a set list of retailers.
Critical to the position is the ability to manage multiple clients and AORs, as well as, recommend, execute, and report on a high level of digital campaigns (+50 per year).
