Job Description

The Solutions and Service Delivery Territory Manager NOLA is the technical integration expert responsible for support the definition and design of customer-driven, world-class, leading-edge, end-to-end solutions across Motorola’s expansive public safety product portfolio that includes Next Generation 9-1-1 Call Processing and Call Routing, Computer Aided-Dispatch and Records Management, Digital Evidence Management, Intelligence-Led Public Safety, Real-Time Video and Data Analytics, Community Engagement Applications, and Land Mobile Radio.

After that, his team will be responsible to deliver and support these systems.

The primary duties of the role are :

Lead Engineering, System Integration and Services for Motorola Solutions Colombia. Provide leadership, supervision and coaching to a culturally diverse staff of engineers, program managers, and customer service managers.

The Senior Solutions Sales Consultant acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to both internal teams and customer stakeholders, and shares insights and learning to help customers improve their business / sales development processes.

Running in-depth technical demonstrations that highlight Outreach’s value proposition as well as uncover and demonstrate technical compatibility.

Delving into the customer’s tech-stack and processes, and identifying any opportunities, risks, issues, or opportunities that need to be considered during the sales process.

Partnering with sales reps in scoping out how outreach will be used within the prospect’s organization, in particular mapping out use cases, new workflows, and the path to ROI.

Understanding key value propositions to a variety of stakeholders within an organization, from C-Suite executives to end users of the platform.

  • The Senior Sales Solutions Consultant is expected to have an understanding of the operational requirements of Public Safety Agencies including Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS;
  • and the product features of the solutions offered by Motorola Solutions that satisfy those requirements. The position also involves directly working with the account managers in a collaborative environment to identify an agency’s specific requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to best sell the value proposition of Motorola products and solutions.
