Responsibilities :

  • Motivate a team of Sales Representative focused on Managed Security Services in Telcos
  • Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
  • Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value added solutions to Carrier and Service Provider accounts
  • Serves as lead contact responsible for the flow of information to / from executive management for MSSP solutions
  • Works closely together with the local account managers in order to maximize the primary business focus
  • Develops relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
  • Manages effective working relationships with assigned region MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals
  • Generate new opportunities in MSSP space
  • Travels within assigned territory is required
  • Required Skills :

  • 12+ year’s experience managing security sales solutions
  • Proven ability to detect new opportunities solutions to Carrier and Service Provider accounts
  • Needs to speak English and Spanish fluently. Portuguese is a plus
  • Considering candidates from all LATAM, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico or Miami
  • Experience in the network security industry
  • Proven experience in MSSP implementations
  • Experience in large deals
  • Selling experience in security is recommended
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technological background understanding Telco pain points
  • Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
