As Category Manager for Vitamins at North Latin America you will be able to development and implement marketing strategy & business plan to enhance the marketing organization’s effectiveness.

The Position

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy & business plans of Product Category at regional level, as well as achieving sales and profit targets for the portfolio;
  • Develop in-depth understanding of regional / local market dynamics and requirements and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders;
  • Portfolio / product management in the region (road map and feature product portfolio, business intelligence, forecasting, innovation opportunities and launching, benchmarking activities);
  • Deploy global marketing material, clear product positioning for all products within the category, including value propositions, pricing and communication strategy;
  • Provide application knowledge and training. Pursue / define required trials needs to support portfolio application and validation feature, including communication of data;
  • Compile market, customer & competitor data in its segment of activity to fully support business objectives and align with Global Category Manager;
  • Sales development in Andes, Central America and Mexico, are main targets.
  • The Ideal

  • Bachelor degree in animal science o veterinary;
  • Post-graduate degree in business management / marketing is preferred;
  • Strong experience within Animal Health and / or Nutrition (focus on poultry);
  • Advanced English;
  • Availability to live in Mexico or Colombia.
