Sus tareas :

Define and adjust, in conjunction with the CTOs, the services and solutions TEAM should provide based on market demand and trends

Develop Marketing materials, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns in conjunction with TEAM’s Marketing department

Develop Sales materials, provide training to TEAM’s Sales staff, and engage in Business Development activities to achieve TEAM’s budgeted Revenue targets

Establish the annual budget and ensure execution and attainment of the Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expense and EBITDA targets

Manage Studio Resources and in conjunction with the local L&D Manager, create and maintain a Studio Learning Agenda

Support Talent Management and Presales efforts through provision of repeatable processes and access to Studio Technical Resources within the agreed-upon terms of a Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Work with Operations / Delivery to establish delivery requirements, governance, best practices, tools, and templates to ensure a high Quality of Service Delivery

Su perfil breve :

University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent) or relevant certification. Masters or PhD preferred.

Minimum 5 year’s-experience in solution design, development, and architecture

7+ years of direct / indirect people management experience

5+ years of P&L Management experience

7+ years of data analytics consulting experience

B.A. or B.S. degree in computational sciences or information technology preferred

Experience with managing multiple concurrent large scale technology implementations

Deep technical knowledge in the data analytics space, including but not limited to RDBMS, Snowflake, Data Modelling, Data Lake, API, Python, Databricks and Azure ML.

Expert level knowledge of P&L management, forecasting process and activities, people management principles, professional development, progression planning and talent management

Excellent knowledge of and experience with resource management on implementation projects

Hiring, mentoring, and leading top notch data analytics consultants

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Ability to work across multiple organizations internally and externally

Ability to create forward thinking, strategic objectives and goals and ability to clearly communicate them to others

Ability to organize time effectively and determines the correct resources needed to effectively perform job assignments
