In This Team We
Work with local Business Partners and our Finance team in the use of financial analytics to ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.
Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data based on cost-efficiency, ROI, and profit margin, among others.
Prepare performance financial reports for internal use by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information.
Create, update, and maintain financial models for business support.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
Full FP&A exposure
Work with local business partners and reporting to our global finance team to ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.
Monthly tasks such as preparing financial results, forecasting, analysis, investigation, ad hoc queries and explaining financial results to key stakeholders
Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecast
Build and maintain financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Work with the Finance team to analyze P&L, cash position, AR & AP, and FX to provide guidance on business
Define requirements, build and maintain key dashboards
Guide capitalization planning for company including debt, equity and transaction decisions
Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement within the Finance Department and externally
Communicate advice, analysis and insights that allow key stakeholders to understand, interpret and apply financial information, to improve business decisions and achieve goals and profitability
Provide support to the Finance team for monthly / qtrly / annual reporting deliverables
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Assume responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Record financial transactions Account Payable invoices into accounting software.
What you bring to it
3-6 years work experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, investment banking, consulting, and / or corporate finance
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Excel mastery and proven experience in building strong financial models required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen
Strong communications skills
Project and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business environment
Ease of learning and adaptation : we have the ability to change fast.
Knowledge of Google Data Studio is preferred
Experience in AdTech or AdAgency industries preferred
Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce will be a plus
