    Leadership : Full customer and P&L responsibility, Build effective relationships with other functions to operate effectively, Lead Joint Business Planning Plans, as required, ensuring that media agreements are appropriate to driving traffic and sales for RB products

    Budget ownership and management : Own and manage the overall ecommerce budget for NR, on- and off platform spend, Create persuasive business plans to ensure budget commitment for performance media, Ensure robust plans to drive category / trade business plan across the clients assigned, Work with Supply and Packaging to ensure e-Commerce sales needs are met, Develop promotional strategy with major customers, and drive promotional execution


    Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline, minimum of 3 years of experience in working in retail environment especially in FMCG industry, Experience in managing company-owned e-store and eWholesalers is an advantage.

    Strong negotiation skills, ability to initiate, negotiate and implement successfully Joint Business Plans, Data analysis

    Ideal Knowledgeable about the dynamics of online selling, its emphasis on the end-consumer and the ecommerce formula (Visits, Conversion, Average Order Value, Repeat Rate, Sales etc.)

    Highly conversant in metrics used to drive online performance, such as advertising ROAS, cost-per-acquisition, conversion, per customer transactions, repeat rate and lifetime value
