PWLC Account Manager position driving sales of Private >
Wireless Solutions into Vertical Market accounts (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Hospitality, Transportation, Government, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, etc) and its Partners ecosystem.
Individual must have a strong passion for developing long term customer partnerships while meeting short term targets in a highly competitive marketplace.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies :
Understand, anticipate, and articulate customer needs.
Work with various business units and partners, developing and closing creative solutions to meet those needs.
Focus on direct and indirect Sales in the Market Unit North.- Mexico .
Apply economic analysis and financial concepts when managing a sales opportunity.
Develop / maintain excellent on-going internal and external relationships to communicate and drive customer requirements into the business unit product plans.
Manage customer relations at all levels enable parallel top / down sales through executive relationships and bottoms / up sales through teams.
Create, discover and / or build up final customer relationships and Sales Partner approach at required levels
Should develop senior level customer executive relationships but comfortable working with all levels.
Excel in a complex selling environment driving consistent strategy across multiple customer and Sales Partners sets.
Contribute in a high-performance work environment to enable all team members to perform at the highest level.
Be able to travel within referred geographical area.
Individual will report to Nokia Enterprise Commercial Leader in LAT.
Your skills and experience
University / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 8 years’ experience (10 years desireble) in telecommunications commercial activities, selling wireless solutions / services, customer services and related to non-Telco customers
Proven track record of sales success working Direct and mainly Indirect scheme including alliances / distributors / channels / sales partners.
Proven track record of break through sales
Solid technology understanding and learning capabilities combined with strong analytics mind
Strong Negotiation, Communication and Presentation skills
Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on wireless market requirements and business success.
Capable of independent working, business / project start-up mentality
Willingness to travel, short trips
Flexible hours to allow communication between different international teams.
High level of English, oral and written is a must.
