The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing first and secondlevel administrative and technical support for the resolution or escalation of laptop and desktop hardware and softwarerelated problems and problems related to IP telephony, connectivity, security, servers, and realtime operations.
The Technical Support Analyst serves as the initial point of contact for technical problems and performs troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, and resolution or escalation.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain an inventory of all PCLaptopsCreate and maintain a list of all applications on clients PCs and desktopsCaring for and maintaining proper wire management on siteCreatingmaking network straight through and cross over cablesHandled multiple work orders and tasks at a time.
Document incident and resolution information in company ticketing systems.Ability to lift, move and relocate computer equipment, switches, servers, and printers.
