n nWe are seeking a new Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a Regular Full-Time role that will work remote.

n nThis role is responsible for leading and managing ElectraMeccanicas Social Media Marketing strategy and campaigns. The Social Media Marketing Manager will focus heavily on Graphic Design, Photography and Social Media Content to optimize the companys outreach to its consumer base.

n n n nA successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams. Innovation and ability to work cross-functionally to meet organizational deadlines will be critically important in this role n nDuties & Responsibilities : n nGeneral Responsibilities n nContribute to the development and implementation of a company-wide marketing strategy that focuses on social media.

n n nCreate actionable plans that cater to the unique audiences of each social media platform, including but not limited to : Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, Loomly, etc.

n n nDeveloping and suggesting content to increase consumer engagement through social media platforms. nAligning all social media platforms with the companys internal branding strategy and consumer messaging.

nEnsuring brand consistency through tone, messaging, and content creation. n n nUpdating and connecting with consumers through the brands online social media channels.

nProposing and developing social media ad campaigns to assist with generating sales and pre-orders for all company vehicles.

nWork with the marketing team and 3rd party business partners to create appealing content for both B2B and B2C advertising.

n n nSource and recommend relevant and profitable partnerships with influencers and / or local figures to grow the companys social media following.

nDevelop reports and analytics outlining trends and data for the Companys social media platforms to company leadership. n n nRelaying critical inquiries via social media to company leadership, displaying a high-level of professionalism when responding to inquiries.

nCross-functionally assisting the sales team with client follow-up initiatives to build an effective client engagement plan through social media.

nAssists the sales team with identifying and building a funnel of consumer leads found through social media channels. n n nOther Duties n nOther duties as occasionally required by company leadership.

nRequirements n nA Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing is required for this role. nMarketing or business-related certifications are considered an asset.

n n n10+ plus years of experience in Marketing related to social media and content creation is required for this role. nStrong understanding of marketing strategy and how to develop exciting social media programs.

nStrong knowledge of optimizing search engines and prioritization / ranking systems with web content. n n nExperience utilizing a CRM is strongly preferred, specifically HubSpot and Dealertrack.

nExperience with platforms such as Hootsuite and Loomly are considered an asset. nAdvanced knowledge of current (and future) social media advertising and marketing platforms.

n n nLeadership experience is required for this role. nAbility to work with vendors and third-party marketing resources.

nHigh Level of Computer Literacy (including spreadsheets). nExcellent Verbal & Written communication skills builds effective relationships across departments.

nTeam player exhibits great leadership and coaching skills. n n nInnovative and creative loves building in the abstract and working without procedures.

nInitiative to develop and implement process improvements. Continuous improvement outlook. nAbides by Health & Safety standards and emphasizes their importance to team members.
