About the Lead Specialist position
We are looking for a competent Lead Specialist to identify business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the acquisition and expansion of our client's customer base.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Lead Specialist responsibilities are :
Identifying new sales opportunities
Introducing products / service to prospective clients / customers
Keeping a track of sales trends
Keeping in contact with clients
Account Executive requirements are :
Self Directed and Focus
Having knowledge of principles of sales and customer services
Previous experience in Contact center a plus
Good negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
Possessing good business acumen
