The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities as well as being responsible for building relationships and increasing company market presence through social media platforms.
RMS's are a key component to our sales growth strategy as they will find and qualify leads for our Retail Designers through the following social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc).
This role is to actively seek new business opportunities by executing sales strategies, tactics, and programs to engage with potential clients.
This is done by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The RMS's will work closely with Store Designers throughout the process and stay involved with the customer to ensure a smooth transition throughout the entire process.

Post Daily on Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc)
Lead capturing & qualifying from SoMe Outlets
Manage and update listings daily
Communicate with leads daily via inbound / outbound call, texts, chats, and emails
Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining all prospect's information into our Hubspot system
Schedule in-person & phone meetings for the Retail Designers
Ensure all marketing materials are up to date with our brand and coordinate with the marketing assistant for guidance if needed
Work closely with Marketing Assistant to ensure local content aligns with Ulrich's customer journey strategies and business needs
Develop posting schedule with key metrics and recommendations for future listings

Ability to carry a conversation and open up the customer's interests / lower their guard
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks
Persuasive and knowledgeable on all Ulrich products
Demonstrated ability to adapt writing to different formats such as web, mobile, email social media, and more
Outstanding COMMUNICATION skills both verbal & written
Ability to manage multiple tasks & conversations at once (via chat, phone, and email) with minimum direction
Must be tech savvy / able to work quickly on a computer while communicating with a customer
Experience working with online classified tools (Such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Offerup, & etc)
Working knowledge of CRM systems - HubSpot Preferred
Experience managing social media business pages and working with marketing / advertising agencies
Must be able to pass a background & credit check as well as a pre-employment drug screening
