Circus is looking for an English + Spanish-speaking designer to be an strategic asset in terms of creativity for an awesome entertainment brand.
This gig is about harmonizing speed, style and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace.
Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll create style proposals, sketches and mockups and prototypes to kickstart the design for products, features and new campaigns
Working for the world’s most beloved brands referring to our clients, of course you make sure designs are awesome and in line with expectations.
You make sure the designs are in line with the project’s objectives and client expectations.
You look after the execution of the art direction and help to improve the work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices and practical solutions.
You’ll help translate creative / client briefs into thorough design briefs.
Pixel perfectness is important. You safeguard quality at all times.
Working alongside a creative Copywriter and the team, you make sure our designs and processes are in line with the client’s objectives and expectations.
You make sure that designs adhere to guidelines, are consistent across formats and look pixel perfect in any dimension.

You’re a technically skilled designer with 2+ years of high-level experience as senior / lead designer or art director crafting digital ads and assets.
As showcased in your portfolio, your Photoshop skills are so slick, they look shopped.
Working with clients and colleagues around the world, you also need to have strong English and Spanish communication skills.
You have experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing styles to finalizing layouts and rolling out designs across markets and formats.
Creating balanced and beautiful layouts is your second nature, or just something you’re good at.
You also know a thing or two about templating and process optimizations.
With an articulate understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow and storytelling, you can get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level.
You know how to sell designs to colleagues and clients alike, and ideally have some experience doing client presentations.
