As a Assoc. Solution Consultant (Intern)in Bogota, Colombia and you can help make possibilities happen.
JOB SUMMARY :
Supports the proposal, creation, optimization of tools and processes (documents, demos, etc.) to enhance the service provided by solution consultants on the ACI Worldwide solutions portfolio, throughout the pre-sale process.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Enrichment of documents / presentations of solutions.
Generation of templates that facilitate the various functions of consultants : value propositions, information gathering, positioning of the solution, etc.
Creation of tools that allow optimizing the time and quality of the consultant's interactions both internally and in the face of the final client : monitoring reports and dashboards from the corporate CRM, internal sites, discussion forums, tools to disseminate knowledge in specific areas, designs and documents that support technical and functional proposals.
Documentation on analysis and entry strategies to new segments of the payments industry, where the company's solutions fit.
Support in the daily work of the consultant with specific documents on demand for opportunity, specific tasks that allow positioning and market opening.
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies, including but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Communicate effectively with the site supervisor, and other staff within the organization; accept and apply critiques and suggestions to daily work in an effort to become more productive and / or efficient.
Work on assignments requested by the university or the company.
Present progress report to site supervisor and University.
MINIMUM JOBREQUIREMENTS :
Mainly technical training in business areas : economics, finance,international business, business administration, industrial engineers.
Excellent handling of office automation tools, particularly MicrosoftOffice.
DESIRED SKILLS :
Knowledge of thepayment industry : mobile payments, open APIs, blockchain, cryptocurrencies,contactless payments, etc.
OTHER COMPETENCES :
