Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To achieve profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key account & ensure target achievement, while respecting adidas & Reebok brand image.
Key Responsibilities :
To represent the assigned accounts internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
To develop account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign off by Sr Key Account Manager
To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by specific Account Marketing Plans
To continue monitoring the sell-out and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account
To negotiate and enforce adidas trade terms
To be the primary leader of the implementation on key account plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set
To measure on own KPIs
To monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose / initiate / take actions
To ensure customer compliance with agreements (i.e. OB guidelines and trade terms)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Manager with advanced cross functional commercial knowledge and market experience in sport and / or fashion / lifestyle and / or retail segment.
Ability to build strong relationships
Digital mindset and strong knowledge of digital commerce and digital media
Ability to define strategic levers and translate them into operational plans on conceptual and operational level
Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills (influencing, communication etc)
Strong leadership, presentation and organizational skills
Analytic mindset & deep knowledge of retail KPIs like sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, rate of sales, weeks of inventory, and customer P&L
Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years relevant job experience with elements of sales, strategic planning, marketing, or merchandising
University Degree, ideally with marketing and / or sales focus
