Position Purpose

This role will be a part of the Sales Strategy team which consists of the Sales Engagement function, the business development team and Sales Operations.

It is a cross functional team that develops and executes programs to deliver on revenue targets.

This role is being created to manage our SalesForce instance. It is a new role and is technical in nature. It will work with and eventually replace our Salesforce consultant.

This is an exciting new role that is being created to help the Sales and Sales Enablement teams. It is a dynamic role that will have multiple stakeholders and will work closely with Sales operations and the Sales team.

This role will work directly with Sales leadership as well as marketing and sales enablement and BI.

We are open to having this role sit in Boston, Rhode Island or Denver office.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and manage our SalesForce instance
  • Provide maintenance as needed
  • Create and manage new processes with the lightning upgrade
  • Trouble shoot challenges
  • Create new processes for marketing and sales
  • Provide the business with best practices for Salesforce admin
  • Maintain users and licenses and ensure invoicing is accurate
  • Consult on Salesforce Integrations
  • About You :

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with a good understanding of new customer acquisition through sales and retention through account management.
  • Have been a Salesforce Admin before
  • Have incredible attention to detail

  • Have excellent problem solving skills

  • SAAS model experience
