HRC Americas is an HR Shared Service Organization that provides support related to HR processes and tools to all Nokia employees of 19 Countries in America.
Our organization have specialists who support employee life cycle including Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, Global Mobility and other processes.
We provide support of all HR Global Tools and guide employees on any queries related to Policies and HR procedures.
As an HR Excellence and Projects Lead, you will led projects related to organizational development, process improvement and innovative initiatives, you will provide professional expertise to carry out assignments / projects on specify systems (SAP, Taleo, Success Factor) and / or implement and improve HR products and services, as directed OR provides generalist expertise and support to employees in the implementation and delivery of HR practices.
The HR Operation Specialists are responsible for the employee life cycle administration processes such as hiring, global mobility, compensation changes, leave and benefits administration, terminations, country relocations and employee files administration.
So this role will support to all the team including the HR Operation Specialist, in order to implement best practices, initiatives of improvement in the processes, HR projects for the Americas region in the different verticals of the HR Shared Services.
We are looking for a process oriented bilingual (English / Spanish) person with experience on customer service and being part of shared service organizations. Requirements :
