Advising customers on all electrotechnical issues and plant optimization
Customer service via telephone, email and remote service, including problem analytics, problem solving and service handling (including 24- hour hotline)
Preparation and execution of service visits and repairs / testing of spare parts including continuous and uniform data collection on service procedures
Communication with subcontractors and foreign representatives as well as recommendation of spare parts and upgrading orders
Organization and implementation of customer training as well as commissioning and preparation of service and customer documentation
Ihr Profil
Degree in electrical / electronic engineering, instrumentation and control engineering or similar
IT skills and good knowledge of automation systems
PCL programming and electrical drive systems
Preferably experience with machinery equipment in plastics industry and basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
English language skills are necessary
Team player with solution-orientation and responsible way of working
Willingness to travel abroad for longer periods of time (2 months internationally)
