Position Details :
We are looking for an innovative, technical, learning professional to deliver and develop trendsetting learning for modern and next-generation learners.
This person will deliver and help develop training materials in various formats including on-demand learning content that is paired with instructor-led classroom and virtual classroom workshops and will offer training coaching during virtual trainer office hours.

Our Technical Trainer partners with the CSG RMDM organization including Services, Managed Services, Support teams globally to design, to develop and deliver learning and development programs across various Enablement Domains including CSG Solutions / Products, Customer Solutions, Tools, Process, Industries and Technology.
Target audiences for these enablement programs include but are not limited to Services technical and testing teams, Managed Services Operations and Support teams globally.
Delivers and works to develop engaging technical training for classroom-based, virtual classroom-based, on-demand, and blended learning using, Microsoft Office products, Camtasia, Articulate 360 or other applicable software.
Acts independently to gather and document internal and / or external customer requirements.
Assists with video and audio production and editing of recorded learning experiences.
Actively contributes to course development, updates and general improvements to learning content.
Proficient in the setup and configuration of new and existing training environments.
Builds understanding of customer's business and demonstrates understanding of the business in training presentations.
Helps instructional design team translate learning outcomes into appropriate learning activities and assessments.
Partners with instructional design team to determine learning approach for internal and external customer learning needs.
Partners with instructional design team to determine the best methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for developing learning content.
Works independently on multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive deadlines.
Develops positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Actively develops CSG product knowledge.
Networks with key contacts across the organization and across other company functions to gather feedback on training content enhancements
Reviews and interprets technical documentation and existing course materials for the purpose of developing and delivering instructional materials.
Develops learning content, including videos as needed.
Collaborates with stakeholders (including clients, internal business owners, SMEs and end users) to identify the most effective method for delivering technical learning content.
Collaborates with end users to define and identify business procedures and establish course content. Also, collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect and interpret information.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience in computer science, testing or developing software required.
Experience delivering technical or application training to software testing or developer audiences.
Ability to deliver technical training materials for a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
Strong command of the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of Spanish is mandatory. Any other languages for example Portuguese would also be favorable. A large percentage of training delivery is requested in Spanish and / or Portuguese.
Ideally both languages will be optimal for this position.
Technical aptitude with the ability to work closely and communicate with engineers to take complex technical concepts and translate them to layman terms for a non-expert to understand.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text.

CSG Solution and product knowledge and experience is a plus, including Singleview, Intermediate, Interactivate, Digital Wholesale Portfolio and Route
Knowledge and / or certification in ITIL a plus
Experience with eLearning content authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 a plus.
Experience developing learning videos and editing them with editing tools such as Camtasia a plus.
Experience developing technical or application training a plus.
Experience working with Telecom and / or Cable Television Billing domain a plus.
