Requirements :

  • Intermediate-advanced English level
  • Experience in identify sales leads among new and existing customers and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in developing new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, mailings, and tradeshows.
  • Experience in software companies
  • Responsibilities :

  • Answers phones and online inquiries
  • Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups
  • Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
  • Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support product campaigns
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
