Purpose of this role :

Be part of the PayU team ! We are looking for team players who delight in their work and embrace innovation. This role offers an existing combination of sales, management and problem-solving skills to quickly build and maintain relationships internally across all PayU regions as well as vertically, across merchant organizations.

What you will do :

Design a strategic plan to grow the portfolio of merchants ensuring profitability and permanence in the time.

Demonstrate strong project management skills in the interaction with key internal stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology and Product.

Own end to end account management of assigned accounts.

Monitor client performance continuously and design action plans according to the results of this studies.

Ensure account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality and service

Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, avoiding churn of merchants.

Work with autonomy looking for solutions and proposing new products based on the experience with the clients.

Proactively and recursively identify clients’ needs.

Design programs and strategies that help customers fulfill their goals.

Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Build and maintain product knowledge within clients.

Keep abreast of product enhancements and latest industry trends to provide feedback to product and sales management teams.

What you'll need to succeed :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, finance or other business area.

3+ years’ sales experience, ideally in similar B2B environment.

Strong experience in sales and lead gen, account management, business development, commercial strategy positions.

Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability reviews.

Prior commercial experience in Banks, Fintech, Startups, Retail Ecommerce.

Prior experience and good understanding of the Payments & FinTech Industry is a plus.

Fluency in English

Aadvanced Excel skills.

Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all internal and external teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Methodical, organized, self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude.
