The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high performance individual to join our Visa Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects across the LAC region.
The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Partners and act on their behalf to enable sustainable and profitable growth ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and a strategic business partner.
This role will design, implement and manage end to end programs by combining Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, operational capabilities, best practices and partnerships.
It will also shape frameworks, design methodologies, build processes and develop any operational ennoblement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to :
Data Management : Manipulate data proficiently through advanced programming skills and in big data environments. Enrich traditional data with complementary sources, including digital, to improve accuracy.
Perform ETL processes maximizing data lakes.
Decision Management and Process Automation : Leverage state-of-the-art platforms and tools to process business rules and criteria in real time including robotic process automation (RPA) technology.
Descriptive Analysis and Statistical Methods : Perform analysis to summarize business, portfolio, client and account level trends.
Identify and inform opportunities.
Predictive Analysis and Tools : Apply statistical, data mining and machine learning methods and techniques to anticipate business dynamics and recommend business opportunities.
Program and Project Management : Understand Partner’s needs and plan an agile delivery leveraging frameworks, best practices and capabilities.
Provide guidance, oversight and accountability for programs including coordination with internal teams and external providers.
Establish timelines of projects and ensure execution meets quality and deadlines.
Campaign Management : Work with Partners and internal functions to implement end to end lifecycle customer management programs.
Digital Transformation : Help partners evolve digitally by designing and implementing innovative use cases that enhances user experience through the consumption and ingestion of data solutions through available APIs .
Optimization : Enhance the decision making process by applying computational methods to solve for optimal business scenarios.
Performance Management : Track and measure program KPI’s and establish A / B testing to determine a cause effect relationship.
Leverage cutting edge reporting tools (qlickview, tableu or similar) to design and disseminate program facts and results.
Analyze results, provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
Collaboration : Serve as liaison with functional teams and ecosystem providers ensuring a collaborative and complementary working environment
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, actuary or engineering.
Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry analytical and digital payment emerging trends.
Programing skills in languages like SAS, R, Python, Java and in big data environments.
Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI. Understanding of card P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
Experience executing enterprise programs in platforms like Salesforce, SAS, Adobe, Teradata or similar.
Passionate, innovator, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills.
English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
