You will proactively lead, develop and coach the Industrial Automation Sales Support team in Colombia. You will adapt and implement Sales Support strategies in accordance with the global strategy.
Creating, implementing and reviewing local Sales Support strategies, in line with global strategy.
Defining key targets for Sales and customer support, coaching your team to success.
Overseeing the creation of estimations, bids and proposals to ensure alignment with relevant ABB procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.
Ensuring that all competitive offers consider the market situation and customer conditions.
Supporting the Sales organization to determine optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation to maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.
Facilitating support to the Sales organizations during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and providing technical support and clarification as needed.
Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.
Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team.

A bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
More than 5 years of experience in offers and 3 years of experience in leadership position, working as Offer Manager, Sales Manager or related
Solid technical knowledge in shelters, retrofits, automation, solutions and equipment for low and medium voltage.
Customer interaction and negotiation skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Leadership experience in Sales and / or Sales Support, with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
