Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility This resource is responsible for designing the solution in detail as well as coordinating the technical delivery and subsequent support.

  • A resource performing this role works with the Senior Project Manager in defining the "Functional Specifications". · Following this, is responsible for the creation of any architecture, high-level or detailed design documents, as well as any Development Process Forms (DPFs).
  • Will also identify any required Unit Tests. · This role supports the Test Lead in the creation of any Integration Test plan.

  • This role coordinates the creation of any custom documentation in combination with the Senior Project Manager. · Finally, this role coordinates the provision of any test support, as well as implementation / migration support and warranty support in combination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • A Technical Lead must be able to perform the roles of a Technical Consultant and a Developer. Basic Qualifications · Excellent IT experience (at least 5 years, preferably more) · An excellent knowledge of the payments industry (at least 3 years, preferably 5 years) · Excellent knowledge and experience of programming in Java on Real-Time OLTP Systems within an Eclipse environment (at least 3 years, preferably more) · Experience of team leadership · Excellent knowledge of databases, preferably Oracle (at least 3 years) · Quality mind set · Excellent communication and personal skills · Good knowledge of PCI and PA-DSS requirements · Note : Must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
