Support the portfolio management in : reconciliation, collection and application of payments. Also participate in the monthly collection budget making.
Monthly planning of the reconciliation and collection cell.
Update, monitor and support the work team to achieve the results of collection and reconciliation.
Track the VIP clients and manage the fulfillment with the agreements generated with the commercial area.
Support to the collection mailbox at the end of the month.
Update and entry contacts to the collection base.
Consolidate, manage and report to the commercial area a list of policies in the process of blocking and cancellation.
Support process to clarify unidentified payments.
Manage reconciliation differences, until their identification and solution to report to the last business day of the month.
Preparation and collection of sales invoices for ARL and Pre-paid Medicine.
Creation of cases in Bizagi for CSO requirements for attention in inconsistencies : of documents not invoiced, cancellations, corrections.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in the insurance sector.
Performance in positions of analyst or coordinator
Windows programs knowledge.
Skills to daily follow up area indicators.
Excellent personal presentation.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
Strong analytical and creative skills.
