Overview :

SproutLoud’s Director of Digital Strategy position is responsible for developing and leading multi-faceted digital strategies leveraging our integrated software solutions, Marketing Service Partner (MSP) ecosystem and digital delivery teams.

This role also collaborates with the Director of Client Services, Client Relationship Managers, and Business Development to research, design and present digital proposals to prospects and current clients.

The Director of Digital Services is also responsible for interpreting and presenting data analytics for all digital programs as well as using the learnings to make recommendations and adjustments.

This position is also responsible for digital product training and education of relevant team members.

Responsibilities :

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills required
  • The Director of Digital Strategy oversees a portfolio of clients' digital programs, managing high-level client relationships in conjunction with Senior Client Relationship Managers, and working with them to define and distill their goals.
  • S / he develops strategy to support those goals, creates success metrics, and leads client services teams to execute stellar service delivery.

  • Continually use your deep understanding of your clients’ business, including in-depth knowledge of industry segment, competitor behaviors, and target audiences, along with your knowledge of software, digital marketing, mobile, brand, creative, etc.
  • to position SproutLoud’s solutions so that they support clients’ goals.

  • Responsible for staying abreast of best-in-class Marketing and Advertising technologies for applicable digital products
  • Interact with Client Services and Business Development in support of clients for various MSP products
  • Develop, implement and execute client strategy write-ups and analysis
  • Work directly with all stakeholders to ensure SproutLoud continues to deliver best-in-class products and services
  • Help develop prospect and client sales presentations as needed
  • Requirements :

  • BA or BS in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts
  • 8+ years experience with 3-5 in an agency type environment
  • Strong sales skills with digital program sales experience
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detailed understanding of local marketing ecosystem and point solution providers
  • An understanding of both corporate run enterprise digital marketing campaigns and local micro budget campaigns are essential
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop new processes and / or formats as needed
  • Strong experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
