What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced compensation and benefits professional with proven project management, analytical and communication skills for our Latin America Regional team. You’ll get to :

  • Partner with human resources leaders and senior managers in the Latin America region to ensure that the day-to-day operational support for compensation and benefit programs are successfully executed
  • Serve as Latin America project manager for large compensation projects (e.g., Job Architecture and salary structures)
  • Manage merit and variable compensation planning and administration and communicate to HR and business leaders
  • Review and modify existing regional incentive plans and ensure market-based and consistent with global framework
  • Responsible for partnership with WTW and Mercer for Regional Surveys participation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all employee benefits arrangements are aligned to our strategic HR priorities
  • Support development of the global benefits strategy ensuring alignment with our business strategy and objectives
  • Lead the design of benefits programs, policies, processes and tools for SBD operations in Latin America

  • Bachelor’s Degree - BS / BA in business or human resources (or related). MBA a plus
  • Six to eight years related experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple countries in Latin America.
  • Experience of managing and driving multiple complex projects in parallel to completion, both personally and through project teams
  • Experience using Workday a plus
  • Experience with union populations in the region is highly desirable
  • Leadership Qualities :

  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with appropriate attention to accuracy

  • Collaborative
  • Job related competencies and / or experience required :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Collaborates with business partners and functional partners (finance, IT).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese language skills is a plus
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • The ability to research and analyze various types of information.
  • Drives process efficiency; identifies process improvement opportunities.
  • Travel :

  • Limited, but may be 10-15% if significant acquisition integration or other projects arise.
