Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Lead a team of individual contributors that supports the Regional Financial Collections & Dispute Management processes.
  • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development. Ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
  • oHeadcount analysis / Special focus in Cost to Serve initiatives

  • Responsible of developing actions and processes that will enable implementation of O2C / FS strategy.
  • Leads a standard transactional accounting process supporting GSK's global finance function.
  • Planning and coordination of operational activities, tasks and other responsibilities of the team.
  • Manage and monitor the workload of the team, including actions to resolve workload issues either on specific circumstances or on a continuous basis.
  • Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • 3+ years working with O2C processes on a shared service center environment.
  • 2+ years of direct or indirect people supervision.
  • 1+ year O2C reports analysis expertise.
  • 1+ year process documenting experience
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • English / Spanish proficient
  • Coaching / Feedback and difficult conversations skills.
  • Trainer skills.
  • Customer communication.
  • Excel
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Portuguese
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge
