PlayVox builds software to help companies monitor and improve the quality of their interactions. PlayVox has offices in Silicon Valley and Manizales.

We're looking for passionate and dedicated candidates for a full-time position as a Sales Development Representative in our Manizales Office.

This person will work directly with our Founder and CEO as a critical role within our sales and marketing organization. The position has also high growth potential to promote into Account Executive and above, based on performance.

Salary is competitive and includes a bonus based on meeting performance targets.

Requirements :

High Level English writing and speaking proficiency

Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

1 year working in a high-pace sales or support environments

Previous call center experience

Availability to work in our Manizales Office.

Responsibilities :

Identify hundreds of companies, every week who would make quality sales targets for PlayVox

Send customized email outreach to targets and engage with prospective leads to schedule calls for the sales team

Generate qualified demos and outbound opportunities by phone and email

Eventually be able to close deals and develop sales strategy
