JOB SUMMARY :
Assists with Support of our Project Management family using various tools to be able to provide a key on time service. The person will be required to help Coach / Educate the Project Managers on new process and tools that are launched.
They will also provide a key gateway to process improvements by listening for oppertunities to enhance our services and proecesses.
Governance will also be key to the role and provinding regular reports and follow up with coaching.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Develops communication to support the strategies of the organization. Works with the appropriate parties within the Business Unit to deliver.
Documents and assists with compiling process needs analysis and communication of process improvements.
Assists with the development and distribution of Process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis Frameworks. This includes documentation, templates, standards, guidelines and communication roll-
out plans for new processes, tools, reporting, and tracking Return on Investment of Process Improvement and RCA initiatives.
Monitors and reports on the ongoing process improvement implementations.
Gathers the development environment requirements for projects and enhancements to existing systems.
Provide Core services to our Project Managers.
Reviews system performance for process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
1+ years related experience.
Good oral presentation and written communication skills.
Intermediate Excel, Power Point, Word, Graphics for development of process and communication materials.
