It is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and operational support, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidates will operate within a team environment, supporting various operational processes.
  • Individuals should be comfortable functioning in a fast paced environment with multiple client and industry cutoffs and flexible to adapt to a different shifts and process to accomplish the business needs.
  • Candidates will support multiple and complex transaction types (Cash Management related), repair, verification, follow up end to end, and escalation.
  • We encourage team members to recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency and reduce risk of error or delay.
  • Accomplish with goals established by Management.
  • Comply with the standards committed related to the quality measured in the Mainly KPIs.
  • Avoid errors and faults that impact to our customers or affect to Citi.
  • Constant commitment of monitoring the Productivity and efficiency in the own process with the supervisor and establish immediate action plans to be in comply.
  • Close interaction with the Supervisor and the Main Ops site in Tampa, also with the different Operations key players (Control Tower, IT, etc.)
  • Candidates will participate in training and certification required and appropriate for the corresponding functions. Training includes various mandated programs addressing Code of Conduct, Risk Control, Fraud, and Anti-money Laundering / OFAC.
  • Individuals will also be cross trained on other internal departmental roles, to provide secondary or back-up coverage during high volume periods or changes swap in to the internal areas in base of business needs (Funds Transfer Processing areas as Maker, MIFT Process Operator, etc.
  • this always in comply with the internal Policies and Controls established by Citi.

  • Support and participate as required by the supervisor in any need presented related to Control, Risk, BAU, Projects & Initiatives, follow up and implementation.
  • Supporting Investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of any topic that could need this interaction.
  • Ensure the adequate participation and involving as be required by the supervisor, supporting the transition, alignment, and stabilization of critical operations functions.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience in operative areas
  • Basic knowledge of accounting preferred
  • MS Office (word, excel, Power Point ) / CITIDOCS
  • Efficient and effective with numerical tasks and transactions
  • High level of professionalism, as well as high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven success with working in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
  • Highly effective influencing skills.
  • Sound decision making, while able to agreeably present another viewpoint
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
