Purpose :

  • Leader for new waves (15 - 18 HC).
  • Provide strong coaching to build successful teams (i.e. SMART).
  • Follow up on metrics and results for their teams.
  • Willing to become a POWERFULL leader, within our company.
  • Requirements for the position :

  • English Level B2 - C1.
  • Highschool Degree.
  • 3 years of experience as Team Leader, Team Manager, Supervisor (or related).
