Role Purpose :

Greensill Latam's Growth team uses data to launch, monitor, analyze, and optimize hundreds of lifecycle marketing campaigns designed to help our clients to have a better experience with our product.

We aim to incorporate automation, deeply into our tools and processes in order to efficiently grow and retain revenue and product usage for Greensills different products.

The Growth Marketing Analyst at Greensill is a hybrid of traditional roles in strategy & planning, product marketing, and business intelligence.

Youll need to synthesize trends and insights through the vast amount of data captured by our different data sources, and develop actionable strategies that will help grow our customer base.

Youll be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, and deliverables will be in the form of driving execution on your strategic recommendations through project management.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for innovative analysis, processes that scale, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop & deliver marketing performance analyses and program recommendations for marketing and product leaders
  • Support the ongoing analysis of business performance required to inform marketing and product development decisions on a day-to-day basis
  • Design and launch experiments, determine campaign targeting strategies, and develop category-specific KPIs, forecasts, and goals
  • Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns, categories, and channels
  • Set up dashboards and enables the marketing team for self-serve analytics
  • Responsible for building and maintaining trust in a source of truth for Marketing metrics
  • Become an expert in marketing funnel trends
  • Drive attribution modeling and inform stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with data / BI, product, engineering, and other marketing stakeholders to define data requirements
  • Skills and Abilities :

  • 3+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical and operational roles : you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business and marketing intuition and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems, and have done so at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Youve likely held roles in consulting, analytics, growth, bizops, and / or product marketing.

  • Bilingual with written and spoken English
  • Deep experience with Marketing & Growth metrics, able to construct a single view of a multifaceted funnel.
  • Intensive curiosity about key performance metrics
  • Roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
  • Data Fluency : Expert quantitative analysis and logical reasoning; 2+ years experience using database languages (e.g. SQL or BigQuery) and visualization tools (e.
  • g. Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel) on large data sets to extract trends and insights. Hands-on experience conducting customer segmentation, cohort performance, and product funnel analyses prefered.

  • Nice to have : experience using tools of Customer Engagement such as Braze / Airship / Leanplum / Iterable, etc...
  • Efficiency : Excellent organizational and prioritization skills as demonstrated by experience autonomously driving multiple, competing projects under deadline pressure
  • Experience in the Fintech or Finance Industry
