As part of the Systems Integration Unit within the IT Department the incumbent will support the management of the life cycle of internal applications in support of the organization business processes.
Therefore, the selected candidate must collect requirements for additions / changes to current processes and applications.
Analyses business processes and associated information requirements and provides the most appropriate information structure.
Exploit specialist knowledge to influence solution construction providing recommendations and guidance in order to increase business processes efficiency.
Recommend solutions in order to anticipate or resolve conflicts in business processes
Acts creatively to develop applications and ensure solution is in line with business requirements and concerns are addressed in accordance with organizational policies
Support application delivery, review deployment options and selects appropriate methodology taking into account the individual project and business requirements
Exploits specialist knowledge and in-depth understanding of the ICT systems and problem management process to identify and prevent failures and resolve with minimum business impact.
Resolves or escalates incidents
Formalize requirements and adapt them to the level of detail required according to the environment, the objective and the audience
Document solution design and record deviations and remedial activities
Bachelor’s Degree on systems engineer
Knowledge in Business process modeling and improvement
Strong understanding of organizational processes and dependencies among units and functions
ITIL certification desirable
Strong knowledge in Java, HTML, CSS, Git, PL-SQL technologies.
Databases Oracle and SQL Server
Creation and maintenance of services type REST and SOAP
Desirable knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Satellite applications of the ERP and other in-house developed or third party existing business applications knowledge.
