The role SoftwareONE helps clients govern and manage software estate - be it licensing optimization, procuring effectively, or deploying a cloud-based solution.

We work with clients of all sizes, across all geographies to manage their software locally or remotely, in the data center or in a multi-cloud environment.

PyraCloud our SaaS platform has been our biggest investment to date, allowing our customers to maximize their software estate from on-premises to the cloud.

As the PyraCloud CSM you will play a vital role in the platform's success by focusing on the customers on-boarding, adoption and renewal.

You will ensure (renewal) sales and revenue goals obtainment for the assigned area by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers.

This role works closely together with local Sales, PyraCloud Engagement Leads, Product and Support teams to ensure Customer Success.

Responsibilities and Focus areas : + You will lead and support customers during their on-boarding onto PyraCloud + You will lead and support scoping discussions and workshops with Customers, ensuring that PyraCloud compliments, simplifies and supports the customers processes (Procurement, Software Lifecycle Management & Cloud Spend Management) + Managing internal and external Customers / Stakeholders + Regular proactive Customer interactions / calls consulting on usage, promoting features and collecting feature feedback / requests + Using platform analytics to drive usage and target Customer engagement + Support trial user's conversion to subscriber accounts + Conduct internal and external product training + Support with the creation of presentations for training, FAQs, newsletters, manuals and marketing material, in cooperation with our local and global teams.

  • Proactive support for the development of the platform, working closely with the product teams (such as beta customers, testers, feedback, etc).
  • Identify common needs (from customers) and suggest development ideas + Perform customer exit interviews to learn from our experience What we need to see from you Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : + Knowledge of : developing and maintaining long-term business relationships + Ability to : analyze data and customer business processes, articulate the business value on complex solutions, solve complex problems;
  • show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment;
  • lead and mentor by example; maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information + Skilled in : relationship building;
  • verbal and written communication; problem solving; researching customer and product information; planning, scheduling, and organizing work;
  • and time management We need you to : + Have 2 years' experience in Enterprise IT (though for the right person, we can be flexible) + A good person, team focused, highly motivated and results oriented + Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required. + Knowledge of Navision (or similar) is of advantage + Fluent in your local office and English language (written and verbal) + Flexible to travel for business meetings Nice to have : + 2 years or more experience of Inside Sales + Knowledge of SaaS Solutions (understanding of Cloud environments and Billing) #LI-SR1 What you should really know about us.
