You are going to :

Receive and / or place calls as well as provide necessary fraud verification : caller authentication, transaction verification, etc.

utilizing excellent interrogation skills.

Collect necessary information and complete a fraud report when necessary. - Verify account activity with the customer.

Strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client.

Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of account based on the call outcome.

Requirements :

B2 English proficiency, strong verbal communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask, as needed, to get the job done

1 - 2 years financial, 1-year Fraud experience (if possible)

Excellent interviewing and interrogation skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, persistent in finding relevant information.
