Amazon is seeking a self-motivated individual for an exciting new Administrative role! This is a great opportunity to join the CS Bogota team and gain exposure to multiple areas within Amazon.

The Site Admin is responsible for managing and coordinating site functions for one of Amazon's CS Site. These functions include : · Purchasing and Office Services· Travel arrangement· Facilities Management request (TT) coordination· Executive team meetings and events coordination to include building and managing Share Point and coordinating agendas and action item follow up· Site Lead agenda management· Managing contract and legal document compliance and signature· Organizing international visitors agendas· Preparing expense reports· Managing site engagement activity agendas· Providing leadership to the site building adminsThe Site Admin will support and enforce all corporate and departmental policies and procedures pertaining to these functions.

The Site Admin will also look for and propose appropriate solutions for trends / developments in the marketplace. He / She will report directly to the Site Lead.

  • Actively searches for and suggests / implements new solutions for the delivery of Customer Service functions.Technical Expertise· Can assist with the coordination of complex projects, contributing to the RFP functional specification documents, as well as managing the current vendor relationships.
  • Has a good understanding of the Amazon organization and services provided by each of the core business groups in the office(s).
  • Team Orientation· Actively contributes to the goals and objectives of the Customer Service group.· Viewed as a trusted member of the team.
