Position Description :
Ownership of overall sales support of devices sold through the publiceCommerce in the country. Key responsibilities include business control andpost-sales support (payments, delivery, CSAT, billing and DOA process), plusmanage customer satisfaction and leading the contact center and detectingprocedural issues and points of improvement, customer relationship, sell-outactivities.
Interface with other members of the sales, product, fulfillment, GSC andservices departments while working to secure an appropriate account managementand achieve business goals.
Leading the contact center activities and act as controller of theiroperation.
Position Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing or similar. Strongknowledge of the local PC market and distribution channels, previous productmanagement and Marketing experience are a plus.
Must be able to work well with various personalities.
Oriented to customer support and sales.
1 to 3 years of Sales support roles experience.
